Returns and Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products and fulfilment process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Orders where the customer no longer wants the product after purchase

We encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing checkout.

Returns & costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Returns must follow our instructions to be eligible

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video showing the defect or damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will work with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund if the product cannot be replaced

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund may be provided.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after purchase. Because of this, we may not be able to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Please ensure all details (shipping address, product selection, and quantity) are correct before completing checkout.

We have a 60-day guarantee policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@maisonhue.us

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

60-Day Guarantee Terms

Max 1 per customer / order

We offer a refund for a maximum of 1 product per order/customer.
This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to new customers.


Proof of usage required

To qualify for the guarantee, you must provide:

  • A photo before use
  • A photo at day 30
  • A photo at day 60

These must clearly show product use over time.


Follow usage instructions

You must:

  • Use the product as directed, daily
  • Continue usage for a minimum of 60 consecutive days

Claims must be submitted within 30 days after completing the 60-day period.


Important conditions

  • Only applies to products purchased directly from maisonhue.us
  • Applies to one product only, not full bundles
  • Claims without sufficient evidence may be declined
